Thank You to all our Exhibitors!
The 2026 California Statewide Homeless Education Conference (CALHEC) is very grateful for the presence and support of our exhibitors. Without you, CALHEC simply would not be possible. We are extremely dedicated to your experience! Conference attendees are encouraged to visit you in the Exhibit Area and to download the CALHEC 2026 Mobile App.
We are thrilled to share that we are expecting more than 500 professionals to be in attendance. As you prepare for the conference, here are some important things to know to ensure you have a successful show. Read on!
As a reminder, most everything can be done directly from your Company portal. Please access your Company portal to finalize your participation. If you need help accessing your Company portal, please refer to the Know Before You Go email or reach out to education@cahomelesseducation.com.
Registration & Exhibits Floorplan
Registration and Exhibits will be in the Town & Country Foyer. If you have not yet registered your booth personnel, please do so before the meeting. It will save you and your team time! To register your booth personnel, click on the REGISTRATION folder in your Company portal. Additional passes can be purchased at the early bird rate of $615.
Below is a floorplan – please note your booth number and placement. All booths are in high traffic areas as they are located next to the Main General Session room (Town & Country A/B and our largest breakout rooms, Town & Country C & D). You will get heavy foot traffic as our attendees’ flow from the breakout rooms back to the main session room over the next few days. All food functions, except for Thursday’s luncheon and reception, will be in the Town & Country foyer. Refreshment stations will be strategically centered near booths so that Exhibitors can use breaks to initiate casual conversations.

Eligibility is generally limited to organizations who supply products, services, tools, equipment, and resources to better support homeless education and the children and youth that they serve. CALHEC reserves the right to restrict or remove any exhibit which CALHEC, in its sole discretion, believes is objectionable or inappropriate. Passport to Prizes!
CALHEC will help drive additional traffic to your booth throughout the conference.
Here’s how: Each attendee will receive a passport book at registration which includes the participating exhibitor names and exhibit booth numbers, and we'll provide each exhibiting company with a stamp. Attendees must visit and obtain a stamp from ALL exhibitors listed in their passport book. Once all stamps have been collected, passport books can be deposited into a drop-box located at the CALHEC registration desk. Passport books turned in by 10:15am on Friday, March 20, will be eligible to win one of our amazing prizes – such as an iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, or one of the amazing Super Door Prizes donated by our Exhibitors.
The drawings will be held on Friday, March 20 during the 11:30 – 11:45 am break. Attendees must be present to win.
If you plan to contribute a prize, please notify Laura Howe at education@cahomelesseducation.com.
Mobile App & Virtual Booth

Special Exhibitor-Only Features
As an Exhibitor, you have access to “Event Stats.” In the App, the Event Stats tab gives you insight into how attendees are interacting with your virtual booth. You can the view the number of visitors, see how many times your marketing materials are downloaded, and view a detailed report of all virtual booth visitors.
In order to view these stats, you must set up your Virtual Booth from your Company portal. Click the VIRTUAL BOOTH folder in your Company Portal. Your Virtual Booth is an opportunity to share digital collateral with the CALHEC audience. You may design your Virtual Booth with your custom cover image/video, background images, and highlight an advertisement or graphic in the top corner of your booth to grab the attention of our attendees. Use the handy “Preview Your Virtual Booth" link to review your design. Attendees will be able to chat and send messages to those associated with the booth. Marketing materials can be updated in the MARKETING MATERIALS folder. These can include anything from advertisements to one-page information documents.
